  • Our global network of data nodes provides alerts for pathogen movement and the emergence of variants around the world. Ginkgo’s complex epidemiological risk models also use this data, together with artificial intelligence, to provide models of where and when threats may appear.

  • We’ve deployed multiple pathogen surveillance in airports, and our capabilities are expanding as threats evolve. Our systems can detect any pathogens of interest, including MERS, cholera, hemorrhagic fevers, and various infectious respiratory pathogens. Deployment on oil rigs, ports, and border facilities are all in active development. The most valuable solutions have come from our closest partnerships and new methods are emerging in real time.
